We booked a 2 bed suite, upon arrival they only had rooms with single queen beds and there was nothing they can do for us. The super nice clerk told us the key machine wasn’t working-he had to walk people in and out of their rooms. If you locked your room you needed to wait in the queue of people before this ONE clerk can let you back into the room. The first room he took us to wasn’t very clean, there was urine all over the bathroom floor, he switched rooms for us and walked us to the next one. The second room was very small about 12x12 feet, bath room was really large for no reason. The entry door AND the bathroom door would only open half way because the bed was blocking them from fully opening.
Luckily this was only for one night, we opted for a different hotel after check out. I would never stay at this location again and it’s best to call ahead to see if they actually have the room you booked available. I would buy the clerk a beer if I could, he handled the many situations like this with class.
