"Gorgeous property! Light, airy, impeccably clean, spacious home with high ceilings, an extremely well-appointment kitchen, and beautiful finishes throughout. The whole house felt elevated, elegant, and modern with a cozy and welcoming vibe. The hosts have thought of everything from plenty of soft throw blankets to easily-accessible supplies and a list of fantastic local independent restaurants. We definitely felt more like invited guests than renters- a rare thing!The house layout in genius. The two bedrooms are on opposite sides of the house (one front and one back) with the kitchen and living room between them. They each have their own spacious bathroom and each has immediate access to outdoor seating areas (the front porch or the back firepit). I travelled with family but I can imagine this would be perfect for two couples traveling together as the privacy was outstanding.The location was great- just a block off Georgetown’s cute historic walkable Main Street with several restaurants and shops. It was very quiet and parking was readily available right across the street.The hosts’ communication was fantastic and proactive.We will definitely stay here again in the future and recommend it to other people visiting the area. This property is a gem!"

"Thank you for a wonderful stay your house is beautiful and loved all the small details right down to coming in to a vase of fresh flowers. We came down for my husband’s 40th birthday Celebration and Thanksgiving, with our four kids. The board games were a huge hit, we played for hours. They had so many to choose from. The back yard was so incredibly relaxing and the jacuzzi was wonderful. Thank you for making this experience unforgettable, this house does not lack a single thing, the kitchen has everything one needs, it does not lack a single item. Towels galore, the ice cubes ready for our drinks in the freezer along with the glasses were a pleasant surprise, and everything was so clean! We are already planning for another trip."

"Stayed one night while traveling with our dog. Great set up, very comfortable. Fenced yard was spacious and lovely. Neighborhood felt safe and secure. Visited the cows in the nearby field. Would definitely stay again!"

"We stayed at Xenia at Rucker Ave the weekend of November 7–9, and it exceeded every expectation we had. I knew from the photos that it looked like a nice property, but when we arrived, we were truly amazed at just how beautiful, clean, and meticulously maintained it is. The pictures simply do not do it justice.Every detail has been thoughtfully considered and perfectly executed. Mark has clearly put a lot of care into making sure guests have everything they need for a comfortable stay. The décor is tasteful and elegant, and the backyard is absolutely charming—complete with a lovely fire pit, barbecue area, and cozy string lights.We were in town for my daughter’s wedding, and our group stayed in several different places. This property was by far the nicest—better even than the high-end resort where we had additional rooms. We also had a special request during our stay, and Mark accommodated it graciously and promptly.I personally can’t wait to come back for a fun weekend getaway. I give this property a full 5-star experience and have already begun recommending it to my friends. Highly, highly recommended!"
