"This hotel was excellent you couldn’t ask for nicer staff, everyone I encountered was very helpful and friendly towards me… there was an issue with my check in the first night there was a slight mix up, and it was corrected by the front desk and my booking agent, I was very happy to be upgraded to the king sized suite… I made use of the upstairs roof top bar 2 nights where I got another fab service, my room was very big and very comfortable and I had a nice view of the River…this hotel was in the heart of downtown Memphis so it was easy to get around I made use of the trolley that will take you up and down Main street to some of the attractions, I really enjoyed my trip "

"This was my first time staying at The Guest House at Graceland and it was phenomenal. Though there was bit of a wait with valet parking—actually had to leave the car/keys with another staff member because they couldn’t find the person working it. Definitely a difference between night staff and day staff. But overall, I would return and recommend this place for a short stay. "
