Located just a 12-minute stroll from the beach, this funky weekender features an open plan living area, fully equipped kitchen, large enclosed yard and multiple balconies to catch the sea breezes. Cool View - Views of Seven Mile Beach

Classic recently renovated 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom beach house in Gerroa, has amazing ocean, beach and sunset views over Seven Mile Beach.

The house accommodates up to 6 guests. Upstairs contains with 2 bedrooms, new bathroom, open plan living with smart TV (Netflix,YouTube, etc) DVD, dining and kitchen, while downstairs includes 1 bedroom, renovated bathroom, separate lounge and TV and laundry with a washing machine.

Please note - NO Linen provided but can be hired from Gerringong Laundrette (you will need: top and bottom sheets, pillowcases, bath towels and beach towels)

Our home is fully equipped with fans, heaters, kitchen and BBQ utensils, microwave, fridge and dishwasher.

Note:
The house has a steep open staircase which is not suitable for children under 5yrs.
There is no smoking allowed in the house.
