Where will I be?
Peninsula 180 is located on the Gerroa Headland behind Black Head Reserve. Access the reserve through the gate in the backyard, and follow the reserve down to Shelley Beach and the Gerroa rock platform. A great spot for paddling and exploring! Swim and surf at the famous Seven Mile Beach only a short drive or 10minute walk away.
Why choose Peninsula 180?
This newly renovated and highly modernized two story home is all about relaxation. Sit on the top floor balconies, both front and back of the home, to enjoy sunrise, sunset and wonderful water views. Downstairs the kids can amuse themselves having a game of table tennis or playing in the large grassed back garden.
How is the property laid out?
Peninsula 180 is a modern two storey, four bedroom house. Upstairs there is one king bedroom with a built in wardrobe, two twin bedrooms that have two single beds that can be made into king beds and one bathroom with shower, bath, vanity and toilet.
Also on this level is the living/dining area, which opens out onto balconies both north and south facing, it has sofas and easy chairs, a wall mounted TV, a DVD player and an ipod dock. The dining space seats eight and the kitchen is all electric and well-equipped. There is a Nespresso pod coffee machine.
Downstairs is a king bedroom and ensuite bathroom with shower, vanity and toilet. Also on this level is the second living area and games room/laundry with a TV, sofa, washing machine/dryer and table tennis table.
WiFi, Netflix, Pay TV - will I have it?
Sorry, this property does not provide WiFi. Please make alternative arrangements, or plan to switch off and fully relax during your stay!
What about outdoors?
On the front balcony there is a small round table and two chairs, so you can sit, enjoy a glass of wine and enjoy the beautiful sunsets. The back deck is north facing, has wonderful sunrises, and there is an al fresco dining table with chairs for eight, plus gas BBQ.
A lawned back garden gives the kids room to play, and if you need more space, then just pop out the back gate onto the Blackhead Point Reserve (with a dog off leash area)which leads down to Shelley Beach. There is also an outdoor shower so you can wash off sand after a wonderful day at the beach!
Staying warm or keeping cool?
Peninsula 180 has electric and wall mounted heaters for winter warmth. The property can be opened up to take in cool ocean breezes for summer.
What about sheets, towels and other supplies?
Pillows, blankets, doonas, linen and bath towels are provided at this property. Please however bring your favourite beach towel!
Parking for cars, boats etc?
There is off street, open air parking for two cars on the driveway.
Is my dog or cat also welcome to stay?
Peninsula 180 is a pet friendly property, subject to the following rules:
- Please do not allow wet or dirty dogs in or through the house - Absolutely no dogs on the furniture or in the bedrooms - The yard is fully fenced - Please bag and dispose of doggy waste appropriately

I had the pleasure of staying at this fantastic Peninsula 180, Gerroa. From start to finish, everything was top-notch. Here are the highlights:
The space was spotless!
Every little detail was considered. From the cozy bed linens to the well-stocked kitchen, I felt right at home.
The house is conveniently located near Kiama 15min drive. The water view both sides was amazing.
Peaceful Retreat: Despite being close to the action, the house was quiet and peaceful
In summary, I highly recommend this to fellow travelers. Thank you for making my trip so enjoyable. I’ll definitely be back!
The property was terrifically well located on a peninsula, water views from two aspects of the property. Loved the back of the property which flowed out onto a grassy cliff top dotted with pines overlooking the fabulous ocean view of the southern ocean. An easy walk down onto the rock platforms and sheer cliffs. From the front, a walk across the road and you are on a grassy hilltop walk leading to the beach with again, awesome views. The house was very well maintained and appointed. Everything you could want in the kitchen, beds clean and comfortable with lovely linen. Accommodated 5 adults with ease, all with own beds. Great to have the table tennis table in the garage however the winds, which were unrelenting throughout the day, would have prevented any thoughts of shuttlecock. Only suggestion might be some sort of sun shade over the timber deck since we did not eat outside due to the heat of the sun. Understand it is difficult to suggest this due to the wind strength but would have been great to sit outside for meals. Thank you for a top stay. We would stay again !
The house was as described on website. Was clean, spacious and had a holiday beach feel about it. Specially appreciated the little extras like food leftover containers and glad wrap and beds were very comfortable. Would recommend to anybody wanting a relaxing holiday near beautiful beaches and meadow views
Excellent location with beautify water view on both sides
This is a very beautiful house at a very good position to beach. However, the dishwasher during our stay wasn't working and hopefully it will get repaired by now.
Fabulous location and perfect for a family weekend away.
We loved the spectacular views and long walks around the headlands. Our Goldie loved meeting new friends at the dog park, just outside the rear of the property. Comfortable and clean with plenty of space to relax or play.
We has a fabulous time. There are beautiful views from EVERY window. Plenty of room and space for two families. Lovey walks to close beaches, one full of fossils! Close to shops and cafes at Gerringong too. We'll all be coming back!

This was a great property with an excellent location. The house sits on the Gerroa Headland and has views both ways.
There were 6 adults a child and the family dogs. The yard is open secure and flat perfect for the dogs.
Unfortunately the weather was not kind to us on this week with only one sunny day all week and plenty of rain a grey skys. Even so it was a good break plenty of options to go walking. The house is ideally set up for that relaxed casual beach holiday stay. Loved the house and the location. We would go back
The house is beautifully located and well kept, with a downstairs sitting room next to king bed with ensuite, and games room. Upstairs, the 270 degree views through the living area with balconies facing both beaches, three double/twin bedrooms and a family bathroom. The layout would work well for two families or three generations. Adjoining the dog reserve, and dog friendly, was the icing on the cake for us.
