"The hotel was a quick 5 minute walk from the train station, which made it very convenient. The park next to the hotel was nice for an after dinner stroll. The front desk concierges were friendly and professional. Breakfast was good, nothing spectacular, but got old after a few days. The price was great as well. Unfortunately the bed was hard and pillows were uncomfortable, and there was a fire alarm at 11:30 at night, otherwise I would have given it 5 stars. "

"The hotel staff, especially the receptionist, can be quite unfriendly, careless, and unhelpful. I thought it was just with me, but it wasn't. I saw her talking to four more guests, and she was just as rude to them too. I had to wait for my room to be cleaned after until 3:45pm, and the floor was pretty dirty. The only good thing is the transportation options available. It's fine if you're just looking for something to sleep in."

"Clean, pleasant, big family apartment with two separate rooms. Nice beds. Quiet back yard area and we had a view to a small park. Not many restaurants nearby though. We parked our car in the hotel garage and used the subway 5 minuttes walk from the hotel. The staff was very friendly."

"The room was modern and we'll maintained. The mattress was very comfortable. The check in process is kiosk driven in the afternoon which was seamless. I'm surprised the front desk is staffed in the morning vs afternoon as the check in process is more challenging than check out. Also would be great if the check in process was better explained upfront and in English for non Germans as all correspondence was in German."

"The location is perfect. Good transportation around. A lot of restaurants, park across the street. The staff is amazing. BUT , if you are traveling in the summer be prepared for a cremation. They have no ac. "

"Very nice, clean hotel if not slightly stark. Room large. No kettle in room as in UK hotels. Staff kind and courteous. Beautiful garden and pleasant outlook from the restaurant. Will definitely use again."
