Moxy Humboldthain Park Berlin

Reasonable hotel, no frills but clean, the staff are very helpful. Rooms are basic but the bed is comfy and the bathrooms are spacious and clean.

Convenient location and comfortable beds. Gym is a big plus. Took off one star as the rooms are a bit noisy: you can hear footsteps and muffled voices from neighboring rooms.

While the staff was nice and the hotel is overall good, it seems like management may not be investing in it so strongly. I asked twice to get soap replenished and room service didn’t do it for the full 7 nights I stayed, thus running out in the middle of my stay, there is a gym but the machines all malfunction and stop in the middle of a workout and no functioning water for the gym… limited amenities in the room: no fridge, kettle, ironing board, coffee, etc. overall, still okay given affordable but not up to par with my usual Moxy

Upon arrival, I was informed that the hotel was overbooked and was asked to walk to a nearby “equally good” hotel—whatever that meant. I walked over, only to find there was no booking under my name. After several phone calls, the issue was finally sorted, but I was then placed in a very basic room, which I wouldn’t even rate as 3 stars.

Service? Ganz viel Luft nach oben!

Beim Check-In konnte die Angestellte überhaupt kein Deutsch sprechen. Das erwarte ich aber in einem Hotel in Deutschland! Die Angestellte konnte mit den gesprochenen NAmen die Reservierung nicht finden. Diese musste ich erst in der App aufrufen, dann hat es geklappt. Trotz Bestellung von zwei Zimmern mit Doppelbetten und Belegung mit jeweils zwei Personen mit unterschiedlichem Namen gab es nur eine Bettdecke! Es wurde dann eine nachgeliefert. Diese wurde am nächsten Tag von ZImmerservice in beiden Zimmern wieder entfernt. Ebenfalls entfernt wurde vom Schreibtisch eine noch nicht leergetrunkene privat gekaufte Wasserflasche. Als wir abends spät zurückkamen, saß da ein NAchtportier, der wieder kein Deutsch sprach! Immerhin hat er Bettdecken und Laken zu Selbstbezug organisieren können. Bei Frühstück gab es keine Kaffetassen: "Die werden und immer geklaut" - ja gehts noch? Wenn ich 14€ für ein überteuertes Frühstück bezahle, müssen genügend Tassen an Start sein. Die werden ja nicht alle erst an genau diesem Morgen verdunstet sein! Checkout war wieder nicht auf Deutsch möglich!

Net hotel en gunstig bereikbaar

Rustig en net hotel en toch redelijk centraal gelegen met prima openbaar vervoer. Jammer is dat er geen waterkoker op kamer is. Alhoewel het een Moxy hotel is ervaren wij hier niet die gezellige Moxy sfeer. Niettemin keurig hotel. Plus: elke dag wordt je bed opgemaakt! Waar vind je dat nou nog?

Wir haben ein Wochenende in Moxy Hotel verbracht. Für ein Wochenende ein super Hotel. Das Zimmer war klein, aber vollkommen ausreichend. Perfekte Anbindung an die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel. Wir kommen sicherlich wieder!

Ich habe schon öfter in einem Moxy übernachtet aber dieses Mal war es leider eine Enttäuschung. Das Zimmer war sehr kalt und wurde innerhalb des Aufenthalts auch nicht warm. Zum Frühstück musste man raus und in das Nachbarhotel gehen. Das Buffett dort schmeckte aber sehr gut. Service sprach fast ausschließlich englisch. Der Fitness Raum hat 24/7 geöffnet und ist ganz gut ausgestattet.

Tolles Hotel mit superfreundlichem Personal. Wir sind bereits 11 Uhr angereist und bekamen erstmal einen Kaffee aufs Haus, damit wir eine halbe Stunde später das Zimmer nutzen könnten. Abends dann zwei Gläser guten Riesling als Welcome Drink. Ruhige Lage.

Tolles Personal, schöne geräumige Zimmer

Super nettes Personal. Sehr entgegenkommend, freundlich und hilfsbereit. Ein junger Mann italienischer Herkunft und Lizzy sind besonders aufgefallen und haben den Aufenthalt zu einem angenehmen Erlebnis gemacht.
