"The tub the paint was peeling. The people working were working hard and trying to get things done quickly. Their handyman seemed to be trying to make everything perfect, but it more looks like the owners need to invest money into the property. It just looked old and outdated outside the beds."

"The property charges a required ‘amenity’ fee that is not disclosed when making a reservation. It covers such things as the free breakfast and free parking and its average pool and average fitness room. The room was very clean. Bed was comfortable. Refrigerator was noisy but it can be unplugged. Room was missing a couch or comfy seating but there was plenty of room for it. Breakfast was decent. Staff very pleasant."

"No service desk attendant on multiple occasions. Service Desk attendant was more interested in personal phone conversation at time of check-in than communicating with visitors. Continental Breakfast consists of rotting fruit & stale cereal. Hallways & elevator needed to be swept (showed remnants of remodel/construction. Only 1/2 the lights worked in the room I was provided, exhaust fan in the bathroom didn't work, and there was no temperature control on the room heating/cooling unit."

"Staff was excellent. The rooms were extremely nice and very clean. The breakfast was fantastic. Location was great. The only MINOR complaint was how cold the pool was. The kids lips were purple... Not that it stopped them lol. I love swimming but it was way too cold for me. Other than that this hotel is perfect! "
