The hotel is under renovations but many rooms are already updated. I didn’t notice much noise or disturbance despite there being renovations ongoing. "Park view suites are spacious and tastefully designed. Staff, without exception, are friendly, efficient , highly professional and always happy to help. Hotel has great facilities and is very centrally situated , in the heart of Orchard Road. easy access to all major areas by bus, MRT, taxi, or walking depending on where you want to go. Have stayed multiple times and will not hesitate to stay again. Happy to recommend. "

"Very good hotel at an affordable price (to Singapore standards). The room was large and had a nice view of the street, rooms were very clean including the washrooms. There were sufficient toiletries, you could always ask for more at the front counter. Lounge room available on floors 4 and 6 where you could cook and prepare drinks for yourself. Staff was super friendly and accommodating. Good location just outside ferrer park station. Overall loved my stay and would come back if I visit Singapore...
