"Although we just stayed the one night and didn’t really use any of the facilities, the staff were amazing and very accommodating…we were able to have a late check out so that we could enjoy the day exploring the GEM…both Dinner and Breakfast were buffet style with lots of good options…we would stay here again."

"Convenient transit-focused hotel. Near Cairo airport with frequent free shuttle. Rooms are clean and water is hot. Water-saver features in bathrooms are annoying. Food (buffet breakfast) is plentiful and usually tasteless. Not really appealing. We had a buffet dinner included in rate. It looked good, but one had to hunt for tasty dishes. Staff was typically useless. They were more interested in talking among themselves than they were in helping guests. "

The staff were consistently warm, friendly, and highly professional, always going above and beyond with impressive knowledge and attention to detail. Breakfast was excellent, offering a wide variety of high-quality options, all fresh and beautifully presented. The hotel throughout was spotless—very clean, tidy, and extremely well maintained. The pool area deserves special mention. It was immaculate, with pristine water and surrounding areas that were exceptionally well kept, clean, and tidy. It provided the perfect place to relax and unwind by the Nile. Dining at Kebabgy was a highlight, with outstanding, authentic food. A special mention also goes to the team at Club Millésime Lounge for their exceptional service, afternoon tea, drinks, and snacks. A memorable stay—we would highly recommend it."

Nous n’avions pas pris de chambre avec vue sur les pyramides étant donné que le rooftop permettait cela; le staff nous a gentillement proposé de nous mettre dans une chambre avec vue sans complément. La nourritures et le petit déjeuné était aussi très bon. Hôtel très jolie et très propre. Allez y les yeux fermé. "
