Room was clean, staff was very nice. A few things kept me from giving it 5 stars. One morning for breakfast, the foods that are normally warm with the heating units had not been L& the foods am had gotten cold. The room I had needed something as simple as a towel bar by the one & only sink. Another inconvenience was the step up into the bathroom area. It was something I worried about forgetting it was there in the middle of the night. Everything else was excellent

L’hôtel est bien situé, tout près d’une station de métro, dans un quartier tranquille et résidentiel. L’hôtel est très difficile à trouver car il est situé au 5 ieme étage d’un immeuble, son entrée passe inaperçu, sur Google Maps notre point de repère était le modern packaging. Nous avons dû faire quelques aménagements à notre chambre et les gens à l’accueil ont été rapidement en mode solution, ils sont tous très aimables et toujours souriants. Le gérant Mahmoud est très gentils, toujours prêt à trouver une solution pour les clients. Le petit déjeuner est suffisant et varié, et le personnel est aussi souriant sauf une dame qui ne sourie jamais et qui regarde son téléphone. La chambre est d’une bonne grandeur, propre avec espaces de rangement et petit frigo. Les aires communes sont agréables et bien décoré. Il y a un ascenseur pour transporter nos valises. Nous recommandons et nous retournerons à la fin de notre séjour au Caire.

Das Zimmer war unsere Ruheoase, sehr schön eingerichtet, genügend Platz und Stauraum, bequeme Betten, sehr sauber und ohne Straßenlärm. Frühstück ist sehr umfangreich und lecker, Personal für das Frühstück ist etwas schwerfällig und versteht/versteht nicht gut Englisch. ALLES ist in Frischhaltefolie eingepackt, was absolut nicht nötig wäre und vom Umweltaspekt ein Unding ist, zumindest für uns Deutsche. Das Personal am Counter ist super nett und sehr hilfsbereit. Das Hotel befindet sich im 5. Stock und ist mit einem Aufzug mühelos zu erreichen. Es gibt eine gemütliche Terrasse und einen Leseraum. Die Lage ist sehr gut, nur 2 min von der Metro-Haltestelle entfernt und in einem schönen Viertel. Ich kann das Hotel mit sehr gutem Gewissen weiterempfehlen.
