"The hotel is well appointed with a reasonable gym and pool. There are two restaurants an upmarket Thai ( i didn't use ) and the main hotel restaurant which runs breakfast and supper buffets plus a 24 hour menu with Western and Indian dishes. The lobby has a coffee shop, which serves a great cup of tea and cake or makes a lemonade from sctarch. Finally there is a bar, which serves substantial snacks and has an outdoor terrace. I experienced excellent service across the board, particularly from the Tease team of Nikil, Simanpreet, Kapil and Shiv Pandey who looked after me (as a lone traveller), introduced me to others or just talked cricket. "We had a very comfortable and pleasant stay at this hotel. The service was excellent, and the staff was extremely accommodating. One particular experience stood out—when we requested a banana for our baby, who is not yet eating solid food, it was provided without any hassle. The breakfast area staff was wonderful, and a special mention goes to Anjali, who was incredibly helpful. Overall, the hospitality and service were top-notch. We highly recommend this hotel and would love to stay here again!"
