Had a great stay with our Grand Kids. Had the large room for 5 people with plenty of space. Enjoyed the pool usage. Easy walking distance to the town center for us. Staff were exceptional to deal with.

Very spacious room which was very clean with a comfortable bed. The staff on reception were very friendly and welcoming. The hotel is in a wonderful art deco building with lots of beautiful features. Breakfast was mainly continental but there were a couple of hot options (bacon and sausages). The hotel is within a 30-40 minute walk into the centre of Ghent or there is a tram stop located very close to the hotel which you can take. A lovely quiet hotel, in a great location for visiting such a beautiful city !

Nice big room with ensuite for a family of four with your own kitchen. We arrived after reception had closed but having arranged this with the hotel our key was waiting for us. Check out was simple in the morning.

Lovely interesting hotel. We were able to park just outside the front door. The 2 reception ladies were very friendly and gave us good information for going into the City. Nice big room and very comfortable. Didn’t get a chance to use the pool but it looked love. I hope we are able to visit again and stay longer as this was just a stopover

The staff were extremely helpful and kind. The room was spacious but not very clean. There were a few items that were missed. For example a cobweb that was left in the doorway. Some socks and food left behind by previous guests. However, the hotel is located a short walk from a key tram stop and was near several food places. I would say overall we had a good stay and it worked well for our family.

Superb hotel for a visit to Ghent, especially if you're driving, as it's outside the Low Emission Zone and they have a large car-park. This was the second time I've stayed here and once again I wasn't disappointed. Lovely large, clean room with a good shower. Breakfast is extra, but worth it, as there's a good selection to set you up for the day. The nearest tram stop is 2 minutes walk away, and Sint-Pieters station is a brisk 10 minutes walk, or you can get the tram. Highly recommended.

Calm and charm

Hotel with a lot of charm and friendly staff. Parking at the hotel and easy to drive to is a real plus in a city like Gent where the centre is car free.
