"The staff is sooooooooo amazing. Unfortunately, we had a room that was close to a smoking stand and our room had a gap in the door that made our room fill with smoke. The staff were kind and brought our bags through the Medina. Was easy check in and the Facilites were great. We had tea by the pool almost every night and it felt like an oasis from the hustle. "

"Fabulous hotel, spotlessly clean, staff very welcoming and professional. Peaceful, glorious grounds. Great views of Atlas mountains. Excellent food, with option of evening dining in their high class Indian restaurant with chef ex Michelin starred London kitchen. Useful shuttle into Medina but was glad to return to peace and tranquility of hotel! One of best hotels i''ve found in years of international travel."
