"This hotel is a scam place. We booked a trip to Hanoi via Expedia on March 19, 2026. We planned to stay there for two days. However, the place was faulty in its advertising. The smell was so bad, like it was old and moldy. We entered the room for just 5 minutes and we left. We had to book a different hotel due to the fact that the hotel is not in good condition to serve customers. I reported this problem to the front desk staff, stating that the pictures in their advertising on Expedia included...
