All hotel staff from management, front of house, waiter/waitresses, maids and pool life guard including maintenance are there to help at any moment. "It was a nice experience overall, but lacked any wow factor. The Conrad itself was fine and the pool was a good thing to have access to. The beach is lovely. Overall though it was very expensive and the food at the Conrad itself was too expensive. The wider resort was more reasonable but not up to the its 4 star rating. We wouldn’t go again but whilst each element was fine it was too much money for the overall experience."
