"The absolute best hotel I have ever been to and I have been to a lot, I can’t stop telling people how amazing the staff were and went way above and beyond to help especially the day I had was terrible, Rob was exceptional and was the best , he helped and fixed an error with Expedia and deserves something , also Allan, Jess helped us with check in and worked hard as well with Expedia error, kept checking to see we were good, on the kitchen for breakfast was Adora who was extremely helpful and waited for me to make fresh toast for my daughter and just so so caring, the housekeeping lady Victoria V let our room last so we could stay past checkout because we couldn’t leave til 2:30 when my husband was done his work and came to get us, Rob also asked for late checkout and ladies on front desk Nyza and Ana approved another 30 minutes , it was overall the best place and would recommend to stay and hopefully the other hotels under this company have staff like this, we will be back and thank you again Kelly Marsman "
