"Good location, close to everything in the Museum District. On-site staff was helpful and attentive. The drawer on the bathroom vanity was broken when we arrived, and there was also a leak in the bathroom sink plumbing, requiring several visits from Maintenance after we informed Sosuites via text. The dishwasher was visibly broken when we arrived, and stayed broken throughout our 7-day stay. Worse, we learned from maintenance that the company had a repair order for the washer before we rented it...

"The location of this apartment is okay, and check-in was very smooth. The apartment is a bit worn in some places and could benefit from some maintenance, especially the windows, the blinds, and baseboard heaters are broken. The toilet was not cleaned and there was no toilet paper. I contacted the host and he did drop some off about 6 hours later. For the kitchen, the oven, underneath the sink, and the utensil drawer were not cleaned. A quick heads-up to future guests, bring your own linens....

"We stayed there from Sunday and checked out Friday. Walking distance to the hospital for us so that was good.,. We informed the staff for 2 nights that out did not work and no help they blamed it on the storm and direct tv and the third night the same issue but this time they actually fixed it even though at first they were not going to until I explained that we did call staff 2 nights already. . After 2 1/2, they fixed it keep in mind this is after I did say they could do this the next day...
