"Saw 3 other rooms, each quite different than 208. Our room had a window that did nothing to keep out the chill - or the highway noise. Gal at reception misdirected us en route to church, but we followed common sense and arrived on time (go up to 5th Street to get to a church on 4th?). Only upon returning from our Saturday morning adventures did we see that there was now a Saturday brunch - would have loved that."

"The staff was very accommodating. The room was clean and made up daily . The $8.00 bottle of water was disturbing . The breakfast buffet for $59.00 was not worth it . Every item I took from the chafing dishes was cold and not edible . I therefore paid $59.00 for an omelette and a fruit cup . The choices were meant to satisfy but being cold they were not edible."

"My stay at Wyndham Philadelphia Historic District was a great stay. The rooms were clean & the staff was very helpful, esp one bellman. I can't remember his name, but he was so helpful at giving directions and making suggestions on where to go. Even highlighting the city maps. This hotel is very centrally located to many of the historic spots making it easy to walk to them."
