"Jermaine at the front desk was amazing! He was so cool under pressure while needing to deal with many things at once! The restaurant staff was also great, and they made sure they got my food order in before the kitchen closed at 22:00. The room was very quiet, the bed was soft and comfortable, and I got a good night's sleep before flying out the next day."

The room was clean and serviced regularly. 4. The service was also reasonably good. The staff gave us an early check in without a fuss, which was highly appreciated. -ves: 1. The property is old and the age shows, though this wasn’t a big deal for us. 2. The aircon is a bit noisy, which could bother light sleepers (though it didn’t bother us). Overall, I would highly recommend this property."
