"Clean room; however, room service was non-existent. I called several times to place an order, no answer at each attempt (5). I had a migraine and did not feel well. I just wanted to eat and take my medication and try to get some sleep before flying out early the next morning. Despite my best efforts and talking to the front desk three times over a span of 5/6 hours. I drifted off then woke up twice. Room service took approximately 6 hours after my initial attempt. I had to get aggressive for someone to walk over from the front desk to the Restaraunt for someone to answer the phone and take my order. When I inquired if they offered sweet potato fries, the gentleman said "I don't know, they just told me to answer the phone and fill in", very rudely I might add. I choose certain hotel chains for the amenities such as room service. I was made to feel as if I was bothering them despite room service being offered as an amenity. Needless to say I will not be staying at this particular hotel again. I waited 3 hours after I was told they would call and take my order. When I called back to the front desk after hour 5, I was made to feel that I should just get up and go get the food, horrible customer service. I've never complained on a hotel and I travel for work and personal business at least 10/15 times a year to include international travel. Never in my life...deplorable. I am such a patient forgiving person, but this hotel, awful staff."
