"There were no clean towels at the pool or the gym, and no room housekeeping or toiletries I needed. I stayed at the Hilton in NYC and guess I had high expectations. Also, the breakfast at the hotel was terrible, with incorrect orders, missing items, and it took forever to get served. On the website, it says the Fairmont park is a short walk away, but there is no sidewalk; it's a 35-minute walk, and the park is poorly maintained, an awful experience. Also, on the map I thought I could walk around...
