"To begin we booked our room a few weeks in advance for two adults and one child. We also requested that we needed to have a roll away bed for our son. The website gave us a choice of a king bed of two double beds. We choose a king for us and sent an email to the hotel that we were not just requesting but needing an extra bed for our son. We were really disappointed with the hotel. We had booked a king room with a roll away bed for our son. We found out once we had arrived that there was not enough room for the extra bed. They insisted that we were to have a 2x double bed room. My husband and I tried to explain that we would still need a separate bed for our young son. We are not tiny people. We (Two bigger sized adults) do not fit comfortably in a double bed and our son move around a lot in his sleep. Their attitude was like tough. This is what you get. But we can up grade you to a harbour view. Which turned out to be a pool view only. The hot tub water was dirty and the jets did not work. When we went to check out we were greeted the same way we had the night before. I am finding the customer service at this hotel has gone down hill and we will not be returning. "

"Very much enjoyed out stay. Our room was ready very early, we were given a complimentary upgrade. The pool, hot tub and gym were quite nice. The location of the hotel is perfect for getting around downtown. Beautiful views. "

"Hotel was under renovations from a Flood. Our room had some opportunities including several dead moths and debris stuck onto the blinds. While the hotel was supposed to feel luxurious - several spots on our room were mis painted, popped screws exposed. Our shower also wasnt that clean. Since we got in late and left the next morning we did not make a big deal about it. But it definitely held some opportunities."

"The hotel was very nice. We went to use the pool and hot tub and found it had very large exercise facilities. The hot tub wasn’t particularly hot but it was a nice escape. There were two hot tubs but one was only open on the last day following maintenance. "

"Room was smaller than expected, Extra parking fee was not mentioned at time of booking and was very high, property details said full breakfast available but was not mentioned at time of booking that this was an extra charge as well. Pool was freezing and looked merky/no clean. Jets were not working in the hot tub. Hotel is very dated."
