"This place is in the best possible location in town. beautiful, friendly neighborhood with great restaurants and shops just outside the front door. The apartment is very sparsely furnished from Goodwill. The bed is basically a mattress on the floor with a very strange surrounding frame thing. there are 2 windows in the bedroom that look out at the dated building electrical connections. there are no other windows. the most important feature of this place is the very dated, dirty smelly old...

"It looks much better than the pictures portray! I took my grandson to Greensboro for a soccer camp at UNCG. I got the bed and he took the sofa sleeper. He was very comfortable. The kitchen is well equiped, but I did get a little aggravated at the frying pan situation. I had a couple of questions about things while I was there and got almost instant responses. I could not recommend this condo more!"

"Location location location….it has easy access everywhere. There are restaurants and shops within walking distance, the atmosphere is laid back/safe and the staff is very accommodating. Also, it is less than 10-15 minute drive from NC A&T University where our children are. We will most definitely book here again. "

We had a few housekeeping issues that we could work around & were to be resolved after our departure. Management was professional & responded positively. Would consider staying here again."
