"For someone that came to visit from out of town, it was so convenient having the train station nearby. The hotel is beautiful and the staff is friendly, they have everything you need. Breakfast is not complimentary, but they do have a tea and coffee station that's accessible at anytime. The staff spoke English so that was a plus. I took the bus from the airport to the hotel and it was about 8 mins to get there. They didn't have ac but the temperature at night was cool so you didn't need one, they do have a fan if needed. "

"Wonderful experience and a very friendly and helpful staff! Gave us good recommendations on food and stuff to do. The only con to this stay was pretty minor — The toilet and shower are separated by only a curtain and water from the shower easily splashes out. Everything else was lovely. Bed was super comfy with full and fluffy pillows "

Even though I had checked out from the hotel, my missed baggage from airline was collected and kept safe without any questions. "Better than a luxury hotel in a city in many ways. Going to Zurich I would stay there anyway, it is only 10 mins. From there to downtown Zurich. The rooms have everything you need and more importantly where you need it. Well planned!"
