"Our Comfort Plus room was large and spotless. The staff were friendly and very helpful. We never checked out the amenities on the second floor. We liked that the location was near Chinatown (great food) and walkable shopping, with reasonable access to the tram system. Note that rooms at the front of the building can be a bit noisy at night due to traffic sounds. I wasn’t bothered by the sounds but my friend was."

"Rooms were clean, and adequate for 2 people and 2 medium suitcases. Beds were comfy but the air conditioning was difficult to find a comfortable setting. Sometimes it worked and others it didn't. Shower is very small and ours had an issue where water leaked out from under the door where we had to place towels to absorb the water and prevent a slippage accident. Definitely recommend getting the breakfast package. You can order from the menu and the buffet bar. Fitness center had a good assortment of machines and free weights, and the space was adequate which also included showers."

"Our room was spacious and so comfortable. We had a nice corner room. We had spent several days before in a very small, historic hotel in another town. We tripped over our luggage or furniture constantly. This room had so much space. The kettle and tea were a nice touch."

"First, I would definitely stay here, again. The location is excellent for boarding a cruise. I enjoyed the modern decor, bright colors, and the astrological signs above beds and on the welcoming carpet in the entrance of the hotel. The staff were positive in nature and very helpful. The breakfast buffet was the best of any hotel so far. Now, for the cautions. I have never had so many weird things occur in a hotel in my lifetime and I am well into my 70s… First, I was locked out of my room. It took about 20 minutes for staff and the maintenance person to dislodge the door. Second, the television would not turn on. Rather than replace the battery in the remote, the helpful staff person dislodged the TV mounted on the wall to turn it on. He did replace the battery when he found it would not turn the TV off. The next day the key card to my room would not work. And last no coffee, creamer, and sugar replaced in the room although towels were. That was easy to remedy. Again, staff were excellent in trying to remedy each situation. I did wonder how other guests were fairing or was this just my karma in this specific time and place."

"This is very much a self service hotel. No front desk. Very little staff. But it worked out well. Excellent location right by a metro station. Waiting area with bag storage worked well. Since this was a work trip, I probably wouldn’t stay here again, but it was a good value."

"We have been travelling in europe for over a month now. We booked the King Superior Room with Harbor View for 4 nights and the view was amazing but the hotel experience was pretty underwhelming compared with many of the other properties we stayed at even at the higher cost. The room is large and has a table to sit around and enjoy the view but the table only had 1 chair. We had to use the luggage rack for a chair. We asked for another chair 3 times and finally had one brought to the room our 2nd evening we were there. There were no wine glasses in the room to enjoy a glass of wine at the table once we had a 2nd chair. The bartender was nice enough to lend us a couple of glasses but then housekeeping took them away the next day. We just gave up and drank wine from the water glasses after that. Most of the places we stayed had usb charging ports but nothing here. I assume most people that book these rooms book as a couple so wouldn't 2 chairs and a couple of wine glasses make sense? The hotel location is great but there was not one thing (outside of the harbor view) you could call a special touch that makes it worth the extra cost or that would make you want to come back."
