He went himself the extra mile and I really appreciate it. The layout of our room was fantastic. The room had lots of chairs and a big couch to sit on. "

"There’s a lady that works at the front desk. He’s passive aggressive, nitpicky, and works hard to make sure customers don’t feel comfortable or safe. I would recommend that the company disregard her contract and make sure that she does not work ever again in the hospitality industry, she has caused me to go through great lens to make sure no one feels disrespected and that same way again."

"This was a great home-base for our short stay in Utrecht. It’s close to the train station (pro tip: you can cut through the mall instead of walking all the way around the block!), and we had the most amazing meal ever at SMAAK, which is conveniently situated in the alleyway directly behind the hotel. There’s a Starbucks right next door and a grocery store nearby, and it’s within walking distance of the canal district with all its shops and restaurants, and there’s a bike rental shop close by...

"A convenient location if you are travelling by car, it’s a long walk from Bunnik Station and not friendly for those walking. Rooms were comfortable and clean, food at the restaurant excellent, but the service was not attentive in the bar / dining area (staff often talking to each other and checking their phones rather than looking out for guests). When you had their attention, service was very friendly and helpful. Overall, better value than staying in Utrecht Central, but not as convenient...

"We stayed in Rotterdam for three days, prior to leaving on a cruise. We booked a "superior" room at Roommate Bruno, which was quite spacious by European standards. The metro was only 2 blocks away, and that gave us easy access to just about anywhere we wanted to go in the region. Staff was very friendly. We didn't book breakfast, although we ate breakfast at the hotel one day. It was quite expensive for what you got, in our opinion. Instead, we suggest picking up some pastry or a sandwich at the...

"It's the Steamship Rotterdam... a really special surprise for my family... I told them I booked a hotel.... and only when we turned the corner dit it click that this huge ship was our hotel... Super short stay, next time a longer visit to Rotterdam. Pity that it doesn't really have good transport (frequent) to Rotterdam and the Ahoy...I had to take the car.. otherwise would have been too late for the show."
