"Loved staying at Onn. Staff is super friendly and helpful. Our room was very nice and the only one with a balcony. Much recommended if available. Unlike the email you receive when you book that staff does not speak English: they do! And they are super friendly. Only thing a little odd is that house keeping is every four days. However towels and bins are changed daily if left outside the room. The hotel is right on the Nagasendo trail. Can definitely see us stay here again."

"Very nice hotel with spacious room. Seems to have nice spa even though we didn’t use it. Very cute welcome bags for my children and they loved it. Location is slightly away from the town centre so has limited restaurants around. However close enough to all the convenient stores. "

"An absolutely beautiful traditional Japanese ryokan! Beautiful Japanese women in kimonos serve in graceful style. Spacious clean tatami rooms nicely appointed. Elaborate delicious breakfast. Very nice onsen. Highly recommend. "
