Mountain Adobe Home in Jemez Springs NEW HOT TUB, Mt. Views "Raven House"

"It was my daughters and my second trip to the Raven House. We love this place so much because it has such a peaceful feel about it because of the care put in building it. We experienced torrential rains and flooding at the time, but the cozy atmosphere of the place made it a great reprieve for us. Chrissy is also very attentive and friendly and she made sure we had plenty of firewood for our stay."

"Just like your old uncle’s house. Funky orange carpet, pull string blinds, yellow fridge and cupboards in a color not found at ikea. Fireplace in the house. Firepit in the yard. Baseboard electric heat. In the winter you may need to start a fire to keep the house warm. Nice and clean. Water was hot. We walked to the San Antonio hot springs from the house. Delightful. Quick a hike back up when you head home but saves you a long drive to the main trail if you are up to the hike. On the way back Spence hot springs is on the left."

"Our stay at the Alpaca Barnhaus was wonderful overall, with all the comforts and amenities could have wanted. We had a few communications missteps due to spotty cell service, but our host worked hard to smooth the rough spots (absence of GPS navigation, texting, and phone service). Plan ahead."
