"Loved the room and the pool, even with the extra charge it was worth it. The bed was super comfy and I loved the heated floors. A few cons however, the check in was really confusing. I walked into the building with a sign that said self check in with an app, however because I didn’t have a working phone number to verify since I’m on an eSIM I spend twenty minutes trying to figure out what to do before another person approached me and told me to go the third floor. I didn’t see any signs indicating this, or if there was it was not very clear. The room was a smart room and had a pad to work everything, which was very neat. However I accidentally turned the floor heater on and because it was in Korean I couldn’t figure out how to turn it off. The front desk helped me, but it would have been nice to have some English instructions on how to control the fans and air conditioner. Also it’s bit misleading to show there was a washer/dryer in the room, as it did not actually work. Otherwise I think it’s decent value for money."
