"Room had dirt on the floor mold in the shower and the blinds don’t close all the way, in the lobby there was blood on the wall and stains on the couches/chairs "

"the kitchen was overwhelmed and short staffed at key times. Menu and preparation was satisfactory but not fine dining. Somehow we got expectations of fine dining. Staff was wonderful however."

"I booked the room that said it was handicapped accessible for two nights. When we got ready to go there it was definitely not. My sister was tired so we put here to bed. The bed was high and we had to lift her. I went down to the front desk to shorten my stay and get a refund for the second night. They did offer to move rooms but I declined as it was a struggle to get my sister into the bed and she was sleeping. Anyway, they said Expedia was who I needed to contact. Expedia then contacted the hotel and they denied my request. I do not normally leave reviews. But it you have a handicap travel or I would be a little concern."

"Was a good overnight stay on our way cross-country trip . Nice shortish walk to the Falls."

"Nice little apartment for me and my husband over the weekend. Not far from the Falls and easy to get to and from. The only thing I could have thought to ask for was for more than two towels and wash rags for a 3 night stay but other than that we made due and had an amazing time. Would reccomend this place for your Niagara needs."
