Worst places I’ve stayed at in years and I’ve stayed at some bad places! The rooms smell awful. The entire building including rooms does not have A/C even in the summer ! They stated the building runs off a boiler system ? It was 82 degrees in my room and humid due to the pool. They gave me a box fan and explained the A/C situation. The parking lot is not protected and people walking around your vehicle the whole night. The bathroom sink or tub hasn’t ever seen bleach. Was not happy but I guess you get what you pay for

Rooms were clean but A/C didn't work in my room. It was 75*+ in my room and with the room facing the atrium, I couldn't get any fresh air in the room. They did give me a box fan. Also, their swimming pool chemicals were NOT good. I had a small cut on my finger that turned into a bad infection and I had to go the Urgent Care while on vacation. The best part was the open space in the atrium where my grandaughter could run and we could play together when there was snow outside. She also loved the air hockey game!

This was awful. I didn't even stay in the room one night. I had it booked for three nights and Expedia could not contact the property to verify that I had checked out so I had to pay for all three nights and I didn't stay there for more than 10 minutes. Awful room. All the pictures online are false. Expedia did not help me at all. I don't think Expedia should do business with a business they can't contact!

Rooms were neglected! Old, stinky, no maid service. Lobby phone doesn’t work so you can’t call the actual hotel front desk . We asked for new towels because maid services never came and they handed a pile of towels out of the dryer not even folded. Breakfast was horrible! They need to condemn the place ! Do not stay there

Room was disgusting and the shower curtain rod that was screwed to the wall was barely hanging on. The hallways had a terrible odor. We left 15 minutes after we checked in. Save yourself some time and go to the any of the motels nearby before this one.

First room had water on bathroom floor second room had dead bed bugs in bathroom and on bed, the heating lamp in bathroom falling off ceiling third room air didn't work room stayed a steamy 75 degrees and no outside windows to open to get air thank god the front desk had a spare fan or it definitely would of been a miserable night hotel in need of many updates was under construction but not sure what all was done. Loved that it had balconies overlooking the pool and the pool was in main lobby but it was dirty and cloudy so didnt swim in it. Breakfast and some staff were good reason for 2 stars otherwise you get what you pay for and not looking to go back again

The night desk girl was rude ,the key card maker was broken the whole stay ,so had to leave the door ajar ,the heater didn't work So they gave me a small room heater, if you left they had to walk you too the room to let you in ,but the worst was the check in girl ,threatening to cancel my reservation she said i had a aditude ...a she was the problem very bad the olny reason i gave 2 stars was everyone else was wonderful and the bed was good

This place is cheap but you leave feeling dirty and possibly having bugs on you. The smells and noises are pretty bad. The air didn’t work and the room felt like it was 90* the stains in the tube were so terrible I put a towel down to not touch the bottom of the tub. The ceiling looked like it had black mold and was about to fall down. The restaurant was not recommended even by the staff saying it was terrible and theve seen cockroaches
