"The first impression was the bug welcome from her, she explained about the faciliy. The room and the upstairs was bug enough for family member of 4. "First of all it’s an actual art gallery so that gives it a vibe right away. The rooms are neat and each one is unique. There’s a cool rooftop too - except when I was there it was raining so I didn’t get to hangout there. Next, you can’t beat the location it’s right next to Jeonju Hanoi Village! But last and not the least is the amazing service of the staff, especially Ji Cheol who was so helpful and hooked me up with a kakao taxi not once but twice during this trip!"

"Clean and kind service, however, shower was not convenient because the toilet was a wet style. No partition between the shower and toilet. I feel that the bedding covers were not cleaned and someone used before I use. I expected an white cover on the bedding but no cover on it."

The man we talked to on the phone when checking in had a nasty tone and was extremely disrespectful. The rooms also don’t have much privacy so keep that in mind if you’re looking to book."

"I love places like this - it was a hotel but felt like a pension. The room was clean, but a few things could use some tlc, like the windows had a bit of mildew where the glass meets the frame. I had an end room, so only had noise from one room next to me - this is pretty normal in hotels like this so just bring ear plugs. There was a kitchenette, but no cookware, dishes, or utensils. "An authentic hanok stay experience. Even though the owner does not speak English, she was very hospitable and was prepared with English introduction, instructions and a map of the area. "

"First off, I want to say that the owner and his family are incredibly nice, warm, and welcoming. Their hostel rooms are comfortable, modern, and their customer service make you feel like you are at home. On another note, they have plants inside and outside the building that are well taken care off and gives a fresh atmosphere in the lobby and kitchen. "Loved: location! Easy to get to all the fun! Clean. Property manager was kind and eager to communicate and even asked our arrival time to make sure the a/c was on and chilling our room. A/c worked great on the hottest days! Area is quiet and safe. Dislike: parking availability Things to know: towels are small for the shower. Bring shower shoes. "
