Clean room and great staff. Easy check in and checkout. The heated floors in the bathroom vanity section is a nice touch. Short walk from attractions with direct access to the river.

Very dirty hotel room

Room was very dirty, we found a lot of dirt and hair in room. Bathroom had a lot of mildew and mold. Very poor cleaning service and unsanitary room for a family with small kids. I highly do not recommend this hotel. Please see pictures.

Very nice hotel. One thing they need to fix is the flooring in the room. Very slippery when wet. Around bathroom and when coming out of jaccuzzi.

Classic room meant an ondol room.

1. The lock of the room was broken and fixed around 12 pm. 2. The staff was very unkind and I felt intimidated to ask a question about breakfast which was not offered at 9:30 am. 3. The room was categorized a class style. However, it meant no bed in the room. 4. The room was full of clorox smell and had to suffer all night.

Good location, but style was put before function.

A sleek, modern hotel that is pretty much ok, but style has been put before function. Our room was pretty big, but felt a bit empty. It had a big bathroom, but the toilet cubicle was too small to be comfortable. The shower was good, but the cubicle floor was polished marble (slippy when wet) and didn’t drain well. The damp meant there was a minor problem with small insects. There was a jacuzzi bath tub, but that left very little space to stand in front of one of the two washbasins. The electronic light switches are annoying. The breakfast was a very basic buffet, with only coffee as a hot drink option. They offer breakfast to attract online bookings away from hotels that don't offer it or charge extra for breakfast.

그냥 저냥 정도의 호텔

시설은 오래되지 않은 느낌이어서 괜찮음 그런데 방이 상당히 폐쇄적임 나는 창문이 있는 방을 선택했는데, 창문이 정말로 작았음 창문이 없는 방들도 있다고 하니... 참... 2층에 묵었는데 3층에서 사람의 움직임과 의자, 테이블 끄는 소리가 실시간으로 미친듯이 사람을 괴롭힘 소음에 예민한 사람은 여기 안됨 단 하나뿐인 엘리베이터도 고장나서 계속 계단으로 다녔음 호텔 크기에 비해서 어이없는 상황임 1층이 할리스 커피 있는 건 아주 좋았음 분위기도 좋고 의자도 편안함 호텔에서 한옥마을 메인스트리트까지는 걸어서 5분 정도임

가족4명 여행, 2층 프리미엄 트윈룸 사용입니다. 침구 위생 깨끗, 샤워수압 좋고, 욕실공간 살짝 좁지만 만족했고요, 일회용실내화 3개, 생수2명 이어서 살짝 아쉬었고,,, 한옥마을 까지 걸어서 10분도 안되는 위치 만족했고,,, 주차장은 후기처럼 매우 협소 하여 주변에 알아서~ 잘~ 하셔야 합니다~

안좋은 후기도 몇개 있어서 걱정했는데 예상보다 너무 좋았어요! 리셉션 직원분도 친절하셨고 핸드폰 충전기 대여도 가능해서 좋았습니다. 바닥 난방이 따뜻했고 욕실 바닥까지 난방이 되는 점이 너무 좋더라구요. 욕실 바닥 미끄럽다는 후기가 있었는데 지금은 미끄럼방지 매트가 2장 깔려있었어요. 치약 칫솔 포함 어메니티도 괜찮았고 침구 푹신하고 깨끗해서 잘 이용했습니다. 위치도 길만 건너면 한옥마을이구 호텔 1층에 할리스, 길 건너에 편의점 있어서 편리했어요. 룸서비스로 이용할 수 있는 덮밥류랑 튀김류 가성비가 괜찮아보였는데 못 먹어봐서 아쉬웠습니다^^

한옥마을과 가까워 좋은점은 있으나 주차장이 매우 작아 늦게오면 도로변에 주차를 해야하는 일이 있고 객실 바닥이 벽면에 사용하는 타일이라 매우 미끄러워 넘어지는 사고가 있을수 있서 걸어다니는것이 불안함 시설이나 호텔 급에 비해 객실로는 다소 높은것 같음

This hotel is walking distance to Hanok Village. It was very convenient. We had two rooms- premium triple and premium twin with 2 double beds. The premium triple room has a huge window in the bathroom but none in the actual room. Some people may not like it but we were able to sleep the best in this room. The premium twin with 2 double beds was a great room. There is a nice size living room area with a huge window. My mom and aunt enjoyed this room. If you want a great view for your room, then you should get ones with a terrace. This hotel had the best water pressure from all the hotels we stayed in.
