"I have just spent 4 days in a house in St Albans Melbournewhich was a experience of horror of dirt and grime honestly how can youpromote this house for people to rent at such a high cost for this house I am very angry have never felt so dirty that I even used a cloth to open doors.I wiped down with anti bacterial wipes all surfaces and things we used.The bathrooms were clean.Upstairs in better condition than down stairs.Cobwebs & spiders every where.
