"Very cozy cottage in a very quiet marina. Great place to get away and just decompress. Hosts are extremely friendly and welcoming, the cottage was exceptionally clean. A couple small towns close by have all amenities you could reasonably hope for within striking distance. Thank you!"
Little Bay Waterfront Retreat

"Little Bay in White Stone Virginia is a thoughtfully updated, comfortable, and well-equipped house. But what moves it up to five stars is the location. The house is directly on a small white sand beach on Chesapeake Bay. The views from the large living area and the enclosed porch are wonderful, and if you are an early riser ,the sunrises are spectacular. The location is ideal whether you just want to sit on the beach, swim (and I did even in October) in the clear water, or use the kayak. Also, the house is only a short distance from good restaurants in White Stone (especially Adrift), Irvington (if you want to splurge, try the Tides Inn) and Kilmarnock, as well as historic sites such as Christ Church. I highly recommend the house at Little Bay."

"Beautiful location and perfect home for 2 of us. Enjoyed the screened porch and having kayaks to use. Kitchen with just enough supplies, but luckily I did not plan on much cooking as it was suoer snkk."

"This property is amazing. It is everything you would hope for as a waterfront on the northern neck. Traveling with young adults we enjoyed the spaces to lounge, the game room downstairs and of course the waterfront. Weather did not cooperate on our trip but there are kayaks and paddle boats to use. We caught fish off the dock and even a couple crabs in the rain!"

"Though it is obvious that money is tight and some maintenance and ambiance needs have been put on hold, the staff couldn’t have been more helpful and pleasant. It was a much lower price than other places to stay, and I enjoyed my time there."

"This is the fourth summer we have stayed at Shore Fun and we love this place! The house is clean, there is lots of space and the kitchen is well stocked. Some new appliances this year were a nice surprise. The property and pool are well maintained. This area is quiet and a great place for relaxation. Owner is fantastic and communication is great. I definitely recommend this property!"
