"Checked out early for a long drive home and was told I couldn’t get any paperwork as it wasn’t 4 am. Not even something to get my security back. The employee who was working could barely pry himself from his video game and headset. Acted as if I was bothering him. 0/10 rating"

"The room was horrible, I get cheaper but My God it can still be quality. The paint was peeling off the walls, it was dim and dingy. There were dirty towels left in the room or they were not washed well. The bed was like sleeping on a rock and it took long for the heat to circulate. It just felt creepy and unwelcoming. At check out, the man had my stay mixed up with someone else and honestly it was just annoying. This will not be my go to for another visit nor would I recommend. Take pride in serving the public and make renovations, I’m sure everyone from staff to owners know that it’s needed."

"Our spot to park out front of the room was blocked off by another guest truck and parking cones. We had to park way out of the way and walk at night to the room. The door looked as if it had been kicked in a time or two. The room was clean though. "
