The communication of this was poor. Rosella was prompt to help us and explian we had booked apartment accommodation but Expedia image incorrect. "Good buffet breakfast. Main downside of the hotel related to eco friendliness, including the quantity of disposable cups used in the dining room and bedrooms - paper but containing plastic and unable to be recycled. Also, despite a sign on the bathroom door about their eco policy and reusing of towels, all the towels we left hanging up for reuse were replaced."
