"We really enjoyed the cottage - it was very comfortable cosy and had all we needed - the front & back yard were all very secure so was great for our little Jack Russell - it was lovely sitting on front porch in the later afternoon having a glass of wine and watching the birds & Kangaroo's."

"This spotless apartment was fabulous and great value. Warm welcome by staff, we parked right at the door of our unit. Well equipped and comfortable with super outdoor area overlooking the water. The room was spacious and well equipped. Very comfortable bedding and linen was clean and smelled so fresh. Kitchen well equipped with all our needs and more. Huge ensuite, with super hot shower with great water pressure. Ideally located, we strolled to the ferry and local pub. Highly recommended. "

"Once again, a most fabulous time was had by all-2ad, 15 & 10 year old and Drax and Luffy our Staffies. The house really does feel like our home, so well appointed and with all the comforts. We all enjoyed walkies at the lake and sunsets, 90 mile beach just down the road and the skate park was enjoyed by the kids on their scooters. We also had a blast having night time flashlight walks and enjoyed seeing all the kangaroos- and even a rabbit! Thanks again for a brilliant getaway- highly recommend this home and lovely couple, great landlords! 😊"

"We enjoyed our three nights at this sweet and comfy cottage by the beach, having travelled from Adelaide to visit the Art Gallery in Sale for a special exhibition. We opted for a spot away from the town because we were travelling with our two pups and wanted a yard for them to stretch their legs that was secure so they could explore and spend time outside in safety. The beach was fabulous and a very short walk through the scrub. It was lovely to hear the sound of the waves at all times and to experience visits from the wild bunnies and the kangaroos. Its a quiet little spot, very peaceful. The cottage was clean and well stocked with a variety of amenities to keep us entertained, we opted for walks, reading and watching a series on Apple TV that we had been wanting to see when not in Sale enjoying the art. It was a nice surprise to have access to pantry items and a special gift basket of goodies to enjoy. We did sample a tub of the local ice cream from the freezer. Mellissa was easy to contact and has set up a lovely spot for visitors to the area. We enjoyed our stay and if we venture into this part of Victoria again, we would book the cottage again."
