"Quase tudo funcionou perfeitamente. O quarto tinha tudo que um quarto de hotel precisa ter: Ar condicionado funcionando, um banheiro limpo, com toalhas limpas, chuveiro agradável, cama confortável, TV, frigobar, escrivaninha, roupeiro, e um aspecto geral muito agradável. Nosso quarto tinha vista pra rua, o que garantiu um por do sol bem bonito. Café da manhã não tinha tantas opções, já tive em hoteis com muito mais opções. "Great property but i have 3 “negative” or should I say, constructive criticism to tell:
1- Dont charge for extra pillows (pillows are super soft and uncomfortable)
2- Blankets are super thin and needed a second one to keep myself warm.
3- the pool area is beautiful but the floor is very slippery when you get out of pool…i took a tumble myself, almost fell…and later I spoke to the manager about it. It could have been a really disaster and ruined my vacation. "
"O hotel possui ótima localização, próximo a transporte público, farmácias e outros serviços, o que torna a estadia bastante conveniente. O custo-benefício é bom, principalmente por incluir café da manhã.
No meu caso, o quarto apresentou um problema inicial: a janela não trancava, mas foi consertada rapidamente. O atendimento na recepção variou — a funcionária que me atendeu pela manhã foi um pouco ríspida, mas as demais foram muito prestativas, oferecendo ótimas orientações sobre os pontos turísticos da cidade.
O café da manhã é excelente, com variedade e equipe bastante atenciosa. Já o quarto tem alguns pontos a melhorar: o travesseiro era muito alto e duro, e as camas de solteiro um pouco estreitas.
Em resumo, é uma boa opção para quem busca preço acessível, boa localização e praticidade em uma estadia curta."
