Delphine, the owner left a career in television in Paris to pursue her dream of running a guest house and she does this to a very high standard. We are clearly talking a labour of love here. She has thrown open her house for the benefit of her guests and embraced the project with enthusiasm. There are thoughtful details at every turn from the decor inside and out to the thoughtful touches in the rooms and communal areas.
