- Situated 4 minutes drive from Wainui Beach and less than 10 minutes to Makorori. Renovated kitchen and bathroom. Spacious open plan lounge and kitchen area. Large Sony TV with Netflix. Airconditioning in the lounge Outdoor verandah with lounge seating with view of Garden perfect place for morning coffee. Take a stroll or walk along the walkeay to Zephyr Cafe at Wainui Beach.

Great place as a base to explore Gisborne and surrounds. Air con a bonus on really hot days...would stay again...Phil was very accommodating and available as required. Thanks😀
