"Lovely historic hotel in the centre of Nairobi. We had a club room which gave us access to the 1902 Lounge. The service from the hotel staff was excellent and we had a great history tour of the hotel from Maxwell, who was very knowledgeable. It was a very memorable stay. "

The staff always responded to everything. Dinner at the hotel was fine, and the rooftop is very nice with a happy hour every day."
