"Excellent hotel. Clean, tidy, professional. Nicely subtly decorated, spacious. Has a sense of class and elegance. Super polite staff....they keep giving me bottles of water all day. Professional and friendly security out front keep everyone safe. Breakfast is good, live omelette station. Excellent rooftop area with wooden decking, clean pool, raised area with seating & city views. great food I had T-bone steak & brownie with ice cream. Gym is plenty of equipment for all to get a workout. Room is a comfy clean, modern, safe, smart tv, AC, hot shower. I extended my stay."

"We loved it! It was a sleek and beautiful place that we felt so comfortable. The staff was all so friendly and helpful and welcoming. I wish I could remember all the names of the amazing people, but I remember Nelly at the front desk helped us with a bunch of things on our last day and she was great! The breakfast is large with so many options. They had local things, international options, pastries, an omelette station, and more. they make great coffee to go with your breakfast and it was such a carefree way to start the day. They have a nice restaurant and bar on the top floor which was another easy way to end the day if we didn't want to leave the hotel in the evening. They are also in a great location right by Sarit Mall which has a nice bank for taking out money and every store you could think of. There are multiple Massai markets within walking distance as well as nice restaurants. The room was a good size and they have a very convenient button to select "do not disturb" or to call for room service. It felt very high tech and easy and it's nice that room service is 24/7. "
