"The hotel itself was excellent and the rooms were quiet. There was construction outside the hotel which blocked driving in and out of the area, and unfortunately guests were not notified ahead of time. The taxis could not drive up to the front entrance and instead guests had to transport luggage through the park and with heavy or multiple luggage it was very difficult. I would have offered guests better service to manage the luggage and placed signs outside to notify guests where to ask taxis to park. This is not handled well and several guests were annoyed."
