"This property was fantastic! The staff was super friendly and very helpful. This hotel offers shuttle service which was a lifesaver that takes you near the ferry. The food at this hotel was also very delicious, everything was fresh and they had a great variety of choices. They upgraded our room and the view was breathtaking! "Breakfast was filled with lots of choices, from fresh fruits to croissants and fresh juices. Our room was very clean and very comfortable with lots of amenities that made for a very nice stay we had a balcony with the most amazing view. All the staff were cheerful and very professional. We ate many of our dinners at the Victoria Grill. The menu offered many choices and the food was of high quality. Service was also top notch. I would highly recommend this hotel for its central location on Lake Como."
