"The staff was absolutely wonderful with the exception of the General Manager who was a bit crazy. I have never written that in a review, but I don’t know how else to describe her. Otherwise the hotel was fine. Not near the downtown at all, so that was a challenge, and the breakfast was all cold, but besides that, the hotel had AC (a plus) and was clean. More of a 3 star than a 4 star by US ratings."

"A very special place, beautiful views and facilities for guests including beach and pool lounges, inflatables for lake. The pool was amazing. Great place to go if you are happy to relax and not leave. Very hard to get to/from in peak season. Very limited ferries and long queues. Taxis / transfers v. expensive & limited. Buses all full. Very limited shops locally with limited options. Would be great to have more food options at the beach bar (food and drinks very expensive)."
