"After a very interesting drive to the house we were greeted with a view from heaven. The balcony and breakfast room had unobstructed views of the mountains and quarrys of Carerra. The next morning we woke to a setting fit for a king. Other B&Bs could learn a lot from Francesca. Fresh baked pastries and fresh brewed Cappuccino were just the beginning with granola, yogurt and juice. Loved this place would go again just believe your GPS and go to the end of the skinny road."

"I received a very warm welcome from the son of my host, who was very helpful with regards to recommendations for bars and restaurants. The apartment is very close to the town centre. It was exceptionally clean, comfortable and very well-appointed. Thank you!"

"I can't say enough wonderful things about our stay. The hosts are warm, friendly and helpful. They are very pleasant to talk to and we even shared some laughs. Our room was well equipped, clean and had everything we needed. The view of the mountains is spectacular. Breakfast was absolutely delicious with special touches and plenty for our appetite. "The property is a quaint no frills B&B with an awesome host Robert and his wonderful mom. It's very quite. The room was spacious; the bathroom was not attached to the room but that was not an issue. Socialize at breakfast was fun; we do not look for venues base on BF so. The facilities outside the room looked like advertised; lived in. Most of our time is spent away from any property so we don't need much to satisfy us; the property met our needs, The train station for trips to Cinque Terry is...

"Our stay with Massimo and Sussana was exceptional. They are phenomenal hosts, with a great attention to detail. Their B & B is beautiful, well kept and extremely modern. It is located in the mountains, just outside of Spezia. If you are using public transport, there are bus routes to and from La Spezia, where you can easily travel to and from Cinque Terre. As they are located in the mountains, it was a tough job dragging our suitcase up the mountain, to the B& B. A car or scooter would be ideal...

"We had the most amazing stay at Il Vigneto in the charming town of Volastra! Our room was clean, spacious, and simply but functional, and had a breathtaking view of the ocean from the window. The views from the panoramic terrace are even better, though it was too cold and windy in the mornings that we were there so we ate breakfast in the cozy kitchen instead. Breakfast was simple but delicious with breads, jams, pastries, and yogurt with coffee and juice - perfect fuel for a day of hiking! And...

"Mauro was a gracious and welcoming host! The property, although secluded and if driving, is on top of a very winding road, is well appointed with a patio that offers a spectacular view of Lerici. The chalet was quaint as well, located at the bottom of about 50 stairs, making trekking luggage up and down a little challenging, but everything else makes up for that! There is little wi-fi, so if that is a necessity, you may need to provide your own hot spot. "

"As all the other reviews have mentioned, the property is located on a hillside with spectacular views. Our room was for 3 people and the only view from the room was through the wooden blinds over a window. "

"We had some difficulty opening the door initially but the staff came very fast to help us with it, which we greatly appreciated. We mainly communicated to them via Whatsapp. The room is very luxurious, big and modern and clean. The amount of amenities provided is insane. They even have a dishwasher in the room! The wifi was also strong which is a win. One downside is that there is no lift. You have to climb up a flight of stairs with your luggages to reach the apartment."
