We stayed at the property for 3 days. From our room the view was great, a very nice view of the pyramids from a 14th floor. They also have a great view at the roof top. Since the beginning the staff was great, great customer service and very friendly. The owner greeted us and we saw him often. Great property and very helpful staff! It was up about 3 flights of stairs so if you don't see it immediately just keep walking up! The staff carried all our luggage up and down. Bathroom inside the room was clean, and they provided bottled waters for us!

Osama and his crew exceeded all of our...
