From start to finish, we had a wonderful stay. Everyone was so helpful, friendly and accommodating. All the staff went over and above my expectations and ensured we had the best experience. Ibrahim really made sure we had the best experience in Cairo, making sure all our wants and needs were met. Excellent support and service from Mahmood, Ibrahim and everyone else that supported us at King Khafren during our visit. We had excellent tour support from Ibrahim and Mahmood made sure we were driven around and shown a great time. We had great restaurant recommendations and a brilliant tour guide called Fati who was enthusiastic, interesting and helpful.

Lovely friendly management and staff

Stay was brilliant , an excellent view of the pyramids from both our room and over breakfast. We had some trouble with our taxi that we arranged but the manager happily helped out and got us a replacement at short notice that cost us less. So I can recommend this hotel enough.

They are very helpful. No matter what happens at the airport , no matter what happens with your flight they will be there to accommodate you. On time punctual , if they say they will themselves they will. Room is clean , everything works especially the a/c. They have pillows of excellent quality , best I’ve had in a while compatible to Hilton quality . There is always someone to greet you at the entrance . They always answer the contact number . Before booking I didn’t know that they offer all tours in house as well. That being said I think doing all in house would be great . Family ran and everything is fresh.

The owners of the hotel, 3 brothers, are all super lovely and helpful. They made me feel super safe as a solo female traveller and were ready to help with anything and everything I needed:) I definitely recommend this hotel for somewhere to stay. You can also book your tours through them which is very convenient!

Room was very clean and secure with camera surveillance in the hallways etc. Staff was wonderful and provided great service from the stay to transportation needs and touring around Egypt with a guide.
